7. Setting up/ Installing software on your PC's/ Servers.

8. Help Desk support for your users - e.g. Excel not printing, Not able to Mail merge, etc.

9. Computer Administration - setting up new users, adding rights, etc.

10. Protecting your systems from Virus attacks, malware etc.
