For improving the efficiency of your people there are standard software packages available. e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Express.

For other business uses you require specific applications.

For example software to:

1. manage your products

2. Provide Customer Service to your Clients.

3. Allow your Clients to view their Consignment details [ for a Courier company] etc.
